The same PCA 500 unit used at the heart screenings we host will be shipped directly to your door. This unit will allow you to run ECGs on anyone between the ages of 10-35 years old. You will place your order for your unit as well as the appropriate number of testing strips you need (1 strip per participant). 

Once your test is run, the ECG results are uploaded to the cloud through the QT Medical app, read by one of our certified doctors, and returned to you between 7-10 business days.

Steps for Completing Xpress ECG

The simple to use PCA 500 ECG machine is delivered directly to you.

PERFORM SCREENING

Perform a 12-lead ECG in the comfort of your home, school or wherever your prefer. Screen multiple people. Each person will need their own strips.

RESULTS

All screening results will instantly be uploaded to the cloud for a remote review from a certified cardiologist. Results will be sent back you within 7 business days.

RETURN

Return the kit using the return shipping provided to you, simply put it in the box and in the mail. That’s it, you did it!

Testing Multiple People

No problem. When filling out the form below, enter the total number of participants you will be screening. You can test as many people on one machine as you’d like as long as you return the machine within 7 days of receiving it. You will need to order the appropriate number of strips and sizes equivalent to the number of participants you are screening (1 strip per participant).

Once your order in received, a representative from QT Medical will be contacting you to clarify all information needed for each participant.

If you do not meet the criteria for our Xpress ECG program, please fill out the questionnaire at the bottom of this page and we will get more information about a heart screening being hosted near you.

Please fill out this form. Once you complete this form we will automatically direct you to our rental store where you will be able to order your Xpress ECG machine and pads (reminder you will need 1 pad/person being screened)!

In Person Screening

We are always looking to expand our reach and connect our programs in areas we are not currently in.

If you would prefer to go to an in person heart screening or to help us host a screening in your community, fill out the questionnaire and our team will get you more information.

One of our team members will connect with you within 48 hours to see how we may be able to assist in getting you screened.

Xpress ECG FAQs

  • Anyone between the ages of 10 - 35 years old can be screened using our Xpress ECG machines.

  • Who We Play For has a team of the leading pediatric cardiologists and cardiologists in the country on our team. Once you have uploaded your ECG to our cloud-based app, our cardiologists will be able to see your results and read the ECG appropriately.

  • After one of our cardiologists reads your ECG, our processing team will be able to return the results to you through email. If for some reason you need further attention with a medical professional, we will contact you to make sure all information is clear and you are prepared for what’s next. Results should be delivered back to you 7-10 business days after your uploaded ECG.

  • Statistically our ECG machines are easy to use and collect readable ECGs for our participants. We also ask each participant to do 3 scans to make sure a readable result is collected. Only 1 in every 1,000 participants need a re-do screening when instructions are followed appropriately.

For every $20 donated, we are able to provide 1 heart screening to a student. For every $6,000 donated, we are able to save a life.

Request ECG Results

Results are typically returned to participants within 7 business days of their testing date. If it is past your 7 day mark and you have not received your results from our team, click the link below to submit your information.
